Once you have found your ideal property we will require full references from you and an application fee/holding deposit in the form of cash or a personal cheque. We will ask you to fill in a detailed questionnaire if you decide to make an application for a tenancy.
When can I move in ?
It is possible to move in within a few days providing we do not have to wait for cheques to clear or references to be returned. Please enquire about our fast track service if you need it. Our normal move in schedule is between 7- 14 days.

RichardsonGill will require the following in the form of a bankers draft or cash or a building society cheque prior to the start of the tenancy.
One months rent in advance
A deposit equivalent to 1 months rent. (This is refundable at the end of the tenancy providing the terms of the tenancy have been met, the property has not been damaged and has been left in a clean and satisfactory state).
An arrangement fee will be charged for the tenancy preparation and references.
The remaining rent will be collected by standing order from your bank or building society on a monthly basis. It is possible to pay all the rent in advance.
Tenancy Terms
A six month fixed assured short hold tenancy will be signed on the day of moving in to your new home, during which period you will be liable for the rent and care of the property.
