There is a good demand for properties at the moment. In the lower end of the Market there are cash buyers trying to put poor performing savings into property to get an income. We are also seeing a rise in enquiries for buy to let as more mortgage products come on the Market.
With families in the area there is a good demand for family homes with gardens in Bridport, Lyme Regis and Seaton. The usual villages are in high demand with lots of enquiries for Burton Bradstock, Colyford, Colyton and Beer.
The rental Market is still booming with a shortage of properties in the area. An example of this recently was in Shipton Gorge where a two bedroom cottage come back available with fourteen people wanting to view within two hours of coming on our website. We expect high levels of activity to continue throughout the summer and urgently require more properties.
